Aetna’s Atrium Building in Hartford, CT added two solar arrays – a 735-panel array on the roof and a 240-panel array on the south face of the buliding – in 2009 as part of the company’s move toward a lower environmental footprint. Aetna’s green commitment led to their receipt of a Connecticut Climate Change Leadership Award from the state of Connecticut.
