RGS’ CEO for the last three years is Dennis Lacey, a leader with experience building teams and improving business operations. Dennis has experience in several industries providing him with a background for identifying opportunities for RGS. His experience began as a partner at a Big 8 accounting firm, and thereafter as CEO of a publicly listed finance company, CFO for publicly listed customer experience management companies operating in many countries, and CFO for a publicly listed quick service restaurant chain.

Alan Fine,

Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer & Treasurer

Alan financial background includes many years serving as both chief financial officer and principal accounting officer for several public and private companies, in a variety of industries. Alan’s experience with both B2c and B2B industries, provides insights for RGS’ focus on B2c and B2B. As a licensed professional engineer, Alan was involved in engineering residential land development projects totaling 8,000 home sites.

Nicolle Dorsey,

Principal Accounting Officer & Controller

Nicolle’s accounting background includes serving both assistant controller and senior corporate accountant for several public and private companies in various utility and energy industries. She was also a senior accounting with a full-service accounting and advisory firm. She has a master’s degree in accounting, and is a licensed certified public accountant in Colorado.

Brad Bentzen,

Director, POWERHOUSE™ Division

Brad’s experience includes many years serving as both director of operations and project management for multiple engineering, procurement and construction companies, including managing RGS’ authorized third party installers and supply chain. His experience includes working high profile projects, such as for the US Army Corps of Engineers and JFK Center for Performing Arts. He holds professional engineering licensees and is an accredited LEED AP by the U.S. Green Building Counsel.
